Robert Treat Hotel offers 22,000 square feet of distinguished event space, thoughtfully designed to host gatherings of every scale—from executive trainings to large-scale conferences.

Six fully equipped meeting rooms provide an intimate and professional setting for strategy sessions, seminars, corporate workshops, and more. Each room comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests, with two spaces designed to combine seamlessly to host larger groups.

For signature events, the hotel’s Tri-State Ballroom, the largest of its kind in Northern New Jersey, provides an impressive setting for conferences, keynote presentations, and industry gatherings. The ballroom accommodates up to 1,500 guests in theater-style seating or 1,200 in classroom or banquet, offering exceptional flexibility for a wide range of events.

This expansive space can also be configured for trade shows and exhibitions, hosting up to up to 80 exhibitors in a sophisticated and highly functional environment.

Robert Treat Hotel offers 22,000 square feet of event space with several distinct venues for gatherings of all sizes. All rooms feature state-of-the-art technology, with high-speed wireless Internet, recessed projection screens, 1,000-amp electrical service, and built-in audio-visual equipment with professional services from contracted third-party specialists.

Grand Ballroom

Our spacious Grand Ballroom, the largest in Northern New Jersey, easily sits up to 1,500 people theater-style or up to 1,200 people with either a traditional sit-down dining layout or classroom setup. This versatile space also can accommodate a trade-show configuration for up to 80 exhibitors. When the Grand Ballroom is divided into three midsize spaces, the resulting ballrooms, A, B, and C, accommodate groups of 300 to 450.

Crystal Room

Featuring crystal chandeliers, the Crystal Room is the perfect setting for  events of up to 175 guests. The Crystal Room also provides an elegant setting for all types of corporate and fundraising events.

Meeting Rooms

Three fully-equipped rooms, named after counties in Northern New Jersey, are capable of accommodating groups of up to 100 people.
